Summary
We never stop learning, and we should never stop trying to learn. I recently signed up for Lynda.com to gain some better insight to the agile process, as the standards our company was instituting were starting to drift back towards a waterfall method. Since completing the courses, I’ve been invited to be a board member on the Agile Community of Practice and we are getting the projects drifting away back on track. I decided best to keep going however, and have used the sight to gain new insight to management techniques, completed a refresher courses, and have a whole backlog of material that I am working my way through. I’ve always worked to expand or refresh my skillsets. This just gives me a way to track and take credit for it.
